What’s new at the café: seasonal recipes, events and exhibitions.
After Angelo Lewis, Café Obrkof welcomes the photographs of Alexis Chauffert-Yvart. Candid images caught on the fly (summer light, seaside and everyday moments), on the café walls from mid-September. Join us for the opening on Thursday 17 September, at 7pm: come and meet the artist over a drink. Free entry.
In Oberkampf, right in the heart of Paris 11, we welcome you 7 days a week from 8am to brunch or have lunch: grilled toasties, granola and fresh-fruit bowls, homemade soups, salads, pastries and, of course, our specialty coffees and iced matchas. Dine in, takeaway or delivery. Small confession: this lovely spread wasn’t devoured in one sitting: it’s a serving suggestion dreamed up by an AI 🤖. The food, though, is very real and waiting for you at the counter. And since August here doesn’t mean closed shutters: we stay open with no break, every day from 8am to 4pm.
WAKO coffees are back at Café Obrkof this summer. Roasted for us, they return to the counter as bags of whole beans, to take home and enjoy as filter or espresso. The return of a travelling companion we love to serve. Discover the whole story on wako.cafe.
Angelo Lewis’s drawings keep drawing in the curious and the collectors alike: the opening was packed and several works have already sold, including the sanguine study, now in a personal collection. New pictures and works on the exhibition page, and in person until 31 July.
Our summer toastie is here: toasted bread filled with red pesto, melting mozzarella, grilled aubergine and sun-dried tomatoes. Fresh, tasty and vegetarian: dine in, takeaway or delivery.
To look after our team during the heatwaves, we’ve adjusted our hours: this summer, the café is open 7 days a week from 8am to 4pm. From the end of August, depending on the situation, we’ll move to 8am – 4pm on weekdays and until 5pm at weekends. Thank you for your understanding 🙏
